Starting with the Biggest need on offense the Running back positon . With Demarco Murray leaving and going to The rivals Eagles for 42 Million Dollars the Cowboys must now find his Successor and they will probably look to Next month Draft to help with That issue. The next biggest issue is on defense with Middle Linebacker spot with Durant gone and Rolando McClain unsure if he wants to come back the Cowboys must either convince Rolando that he belongs here or let him go. The next position is the defensive back position which needs to be just worked with not to much the Defensive backs were a terrible issue last year. Orlando Scandrick and Brandon Carr held their own they just need a little help .Now the forth position is one that could be and most likely will be handled in the draft with a player like Landon Collins from Alabama . And the fifth position would be Defensive end, Now I know they went out and got Greg Hardy the troubled star from Carolina but every Great player needs backup and the should be handle in the next few weeks with the draft coming and free agency still going on .-Kaleel Henderson
As free agency is nearing towards the end, most of the Eagles fans aren’t to happy and the rest are just optimistic on what the Eagles could do in the next couple of days. As many know, the Eagles traded away Lesean McCoy to the Bills for a linebacker in return. I am trying to understand where the Eagles front office is coming from in this deal, but I can’t come to a conclusion other than that the trade was just horrible. The Eagles made the worst possible decision trading away McCoy, and here’s why. Lesean is arguably the best running back that the Eagles have had. Even though he had a little bit of a bad year, this trade still doesn’t constitute why they would trade him. Lesean grew up in Pennsylvania. He went to high school at Bishop McDevitt in Pennsylvania for two years and then going to Miford Academy in New York. After going to University of Pitt, he was drafted by the Eagles in 2009. So, basically all of his life he has been in the state of Pennsylvania.
After he was traded to the Bills he was furious and told everyone that he “Wasn’t going to make things easy. ” Lesean was dedicated to that franchise as any other player on that team. Its like if the Cleveland Cavaliers were to trade LeBron because they wanted to make some cap space for some role players. Well, that’s exactly what the Eagles are trying to do, as well as try to pick up Mariota in the draft possibly. Mike Kay from bleedinggreennation.com posted an article putting out there what players the Eagles could pick up in a few days. They are trying to get players that fit into Chip Kelly’s scheme, but that’s way too risky. If they were to go along with this whole rebuilding process and it didn’t work, then they have nothing left. Through all of this, even if this free agency thing works out for them, fans are still going to hold that grudge of trading away Lesean McCoy.
The NBA MVP race this year has been called one of the best ever. The leaders are Steph Curry of the Warriors, James Harden of the Rockets, and Russell Westbrook of the Thunder. Curry has been the guy that everyone has talked about because he is arguably the best shooter in the NBA along with being a very talented all-around PG. Before the season, James Harden declared himself the best basketball player in the world. This year, he is trying to back that up, and isn't doing a bad job. With co-star Dwight Howard being injured most of the Season, Harden has kept the Rockets up towards the top of the standings. The third guy is Russell Westbrook. Westbrook was injured for a little chunk of the season at the beginning, but ever since he has returned, he has been a straight-up monster. The guy just recently did something that no-one has done since the greatest of all-time, Michael Jordan. He had four straight triple-doubles, the fourth coming while he had a dent in his face and a mask on. The chances of him winning MVP are slim though, because of the time he missed and the way the other two are playing. I recently asked five people who follow basketball who they thought should win, and only one said Harden, one said Westbrook, and the other three said Curry. Unless Curry cools down, or his team starts losing, he has this thing in the bag. There's just nobody in the NBA playing like him this season. Look for Curry to get the MVP and the Warriors to make a deep run in the playoffs and maybe win it all.

Darvish leaves spring training start early due to tightness in triceps. Should the Rangers be concerned?
Yu Darvish, pitcher for the Texas Rangers, left yesterday's spring training debut due to some tightness in his right tricep. Not saying this is a good thing, but it's good that it happened now and not in the middle of the season. Hopefully it's nothing really serious. It could be many things, but hopefully it's not a tear. Right now all the Rangers can do is hope it's nothing serious. They already have some of their big name players hurt. Elvis Andrus has been battling a sore right knee this whole spring training and Derrick Holland was scratched from an intrasquad game due to a shoulder soreness. The Rangers have sent Darvish to get an MRI to see if there is any type of tear or if it is just muscle strain. They should be getting the results this Saturday. I feel that the Rangers shouldn't worry too much about this since it is early in spring training. If it is indeed a strain, then they can just let him heal up and he can be ready for the season. If worst case scenario, if it is indeed a tear, then they are going to have to find a new starter to put in the rotation which is going to be hard to do even though they acquired Gallardo. So in my opinion, I feel that the Rangers shouldn't be to concerned. They just need to focus on letting him recover and be healthy for opening day.

The Atlanta Hawks are officially the first team to clinch a playoff spot in the NBA. This is also the best 60-game start in franchise history (48-12); they went undefeated in the month of January (17-0); and they also are 10 games ahead of the next best team in the Eastern Conference, Toronto Raptors. The Atlanta Hawks have been the surprise, feel-good team of the season. But, are they a title contender? My answer is yes. I am dubbing the 2014-2015 Hawks as the “2013-2014 Spurs 2.0.” If you watch a Hawks game, their ball movement is artistic. Almost like the Spurs last season. You can say that these 2 teams are similar for good reason. Mike Budenholzer (Hawks head coach) was an assistant to Gregg Poppovich (Spurs head coach) since 1998 before grabbing the head coach job for the Hawks.
The Hawks have been criticized that because they are in the weaker conference, they have the best record. If they were in the stronger half of the league, they wouldn’t fare as well. However, that’s not true. According to SportsCenter, as of March 4, 2015, the Hawks have a 17-4 record against Western Conference opponents. It is the best record against West teams. I’d say that they would do fine if they were somehow put into the Western Conference. Per NBA.com, the Hawks are 3rd best in defensive efficiency and 6th in offensive efficiency. Those are elite numbers. And lets not forget about “Playoff Teague.” He was given that nickname for his postseason play. He is known to take over games and turn into an absolute monster during the postseason.
The Hawks are practically a lock to make the Eastern Conference Finals. There is no team other than the Cavs (maybe) that can take Atlanta in a seven game series. All in all, I believe that the Atlanta Hawks are a title contender and people need to stop sleeping on the Hawks.

Baseball fans, the day has arrived that you have been waiting for since after the world series. Spring training has started and 12 games are scheduled to play. Even the Texas Rangers play Kanas City at 3:05 p.m. Fans are excited and some even get out of school to go to the games. Right now 4 games are playing including the Yankees. So many people have been waiting for this day to come, but opening day is still to come in April. This is still as big as opening day, but less crowded and cheaper tickets.
These next few games will determine who will make the final roster and be this years starters. Some starters are injured, are expected to start by opening day. Like Adam Wainwright is out with a abdominal strain, but will probably miss a few days, and be able to start by opening day. Adam is star pitcher for St.Louis and is expected to be really good and hopefully lead them to the World Series this year. Until opening day, spring training is still a good way to celebrate the start os the season.
